MouseImp Pro is a free and open-source application that adds drag-scrolling to your mouse. Just right click with your mouse and drag up and down for vertical scrolling and right-left for horizontal scrolling. Actually I discovered it after using the ScrollbarAnywhere extension for Firefox. Just find myself trying to right click and drag all the time in other daily used applications. After little research with Google I was already using it.
